As we journey through life, we need to pause and reflect: to see where we have been and to contemplate where we are going.
Sometimes, it helps to reflect with a fellow traveller: someone who encourages us and helps us to notice what we might otherwise miss.
As a Spiritual Director, this is what I offer: companionship on The Way, which refuses to hide from the tough bits and delights in celebrating the joyful.
